Technology changes everyday. GIAC and ImagineAuto now can offer flashloading. This is a non-intrusive way to tune your ecu. It is done in two ways. The ECU is sent into iA and we will bench flash the ECU. No soldering ever. We have a Porsche wiring harness in-house and hook that up to the ECU then the laptop via the OBD2 port. We then save your information, merge it with the performance file and upload it to the ECU. This is how the factory does it, this is how we do it!

The other method...bring the car to us. We will plug our laptop in to the OBD2 port and duplicate the same process. The procedure takes about 20 minutes and you are back on the road.

Since the flashload techonology is now a reality that so few can claim we also offer a set of programs. We load several programs in to the ECU such as Stock or Race files. The stock setting could be loaded simply by plugging in your own personal Flashloader Switcher and pressing the stock button. Within seconds the ECU responds by placing its self in the stock mode. This is useful when going to the dealer or allowing others to drive your car.

The race file is for the days you need a little more. Simply load the car with 100-103 octane and press the race file. The ECU immediately responds by changing undetectable files in to an aggressive performance mode.

When you are ready to enjoy your pump gas performance file, simply press the street button. You are now set for 91-93 octane and performance to boot.
